ABILITIES Parabatai bond: Due to her parabatai bond with Evangeline Delveaux, Atyria is able to call on more strength in battle. The runes drawn on her by Ginn also give a considerably stronger effect.
APPEARANCE: Atyria has grey eyes that, despite their lack of colour, draw a lot of attention due to her dark and broad eyebrows and long eyelashes. Her cheekbones are high and her mouth is narrow and has a sharp cupid bow . Her long wild hair is soft, which is why she likes to wear it down, but when she’s fighting she usually wears braids so it doesn’t get in the way. She has a tall and skinny build, but her training made her quite muscular. Like most Shadowhunters, Tya has a thing for black leather clothing. She does not often wear high-heels. Not because she doesn’t like them, she does, but she doesn’t find them practical and doesn’t see the point in wearing them on informal occasions. Atyria dresses fashionable, wearing mostly black, fitted clothing. She does however only wear clothes that are both comfortable and practical, meaning they never get in the way.

HISTORY: - 0 years. Born in Idris. - 2 years. Her mother died when her brother, Alistair, was born. - 8 years. Her father remarried. - 11 years. Ended her training and became a Shadowhunter. Also met Evangeline Delveaux - 13 years. Got into a relationship with a guy named Miles. - 16 years. Miles moved away and the long-distance didn’t work out for them. Tya was sad but got over it well. - 17 years. Performed the Parabatai ritual successfully with Evangeline Delveaux. - 18 years. Moved in with Ginn to always be there for her parabatai, and to help her get through the loss of her parents. - 20 years. She and her brother fought in the war, Alistair was killed and Tya was deadly injured. Ginn tried to use the Iratze Rune, but her parabatai was too far gone. She evantually was able to save Atyria from her fatal wounds through her healing abilities. Atyria was devastated by the death of her brother, whom she had fought, trained and laughed with all her life. - 21 years. Her father told her to get over her brother's death and get on with her life. She didn't understand this or agree with it. Her stepmother explained to her that he had trouble with the fact that Tya died and came back, that he thought that things would never be the same between them and that she thought that Atyria should leave and not come back for a while. By this she meant that she should go away and never come back. She was dead to her father. - 22 years. Atyria still tried not to fall apart by the events of the past few years and turned her grief and anger into power by taking every available moment to train. - 23 years. Moved to the New York institute with Ginn, because the institute had a lack of Shadowhunters.
